A few people have mentioned the slight blur on your brother's face. Sure it would be even a better photo if the DOF were reversed (sharper face, slight blur on background)
But all that is just nitpicking. You have a great composition here that has an infectious enthusiasm showing through! And that is the main point of the shot as far as I am concerned. So, a definite success in my books!
