Great composition, but I think this shot would benefit greatly from a grad ND filter Maybe a two or three stop, soft step. I think this would bring the image closer to what the human eye sees, b/c we have about an 11 stop range that we can see in.
Nicely done, Gregory. I never get tired of that valley cloud. This was not an easy shot. There is a big contrast differential, without a straight margin to use a graduated filter. Maybe in photoshop, or with a polarizing filter, you could have darkened the sky. However I like it the way it is. Underexposure of the valley makes it more interesting, more realistic, intimate.
