Nice scene and composition, Avi. The fish is nicely placed. A goldfish or a Koy carp?
Anyway, a couple of technical issues with this picture. First is the exposure. The white lilies were overexposed and have consequently blown out to total white without any detail. That is a real shame. You should always expose for the highlights with ditital cameras.
Another, much more minor point, is the reflections on the water. I'm not sure if your camera can use filters, but a polariser filter would be of great use in this shot.

Great catch avi. I know these things move really fast but you have managed to capture it in a very nice composition. Please allow me to disagree Andre, I think some times its the environement of the subject which makes it interesting,like in this picture. A "portrait" of gold fish would have been a good picture, but then we see those types all the time. If I was to pick one thing in this photograph, that would have been stepping down the exposure one step to avoid shining highlights on the leaves. But that would probably have killed slight water reflections also, leading to a dry photograph.
