Interesting that it was the scaffolding Dave. To remedy that sharpening the image a bit might help minimize the blur. Something to tinker with to see it makes a difference.

Ah, now I see the scaffolding. This is still a great photo, I hope that you can go back and try and recreate it once the scaffolding is down.

Personally I blame the bridge. As you can see from this image the fuzziness is scafolding!

Neat shot, but something looks amiss with the bridge. Either you image is fuzzy and out of focus in one location or you've cloned something out and it doesn't look quite right. Great reflection!
