About	houses of Parliament, London. Effect achieved by setting lens for approx 200mm, exposing for 15 sec, but zooming out for the last 5-7 secs. Only tried the technique for a couple of frames on the night, and have not done it since. Must get out there again soon.

Very Very Cool Shot. Tell me, did you slowly focus in during the 15 seconds, or did you wait the majority of the shot and then quickly move in?
