About	This lake, one of the last fairly unpolluted ones in China, strattles the border between Sichuan and Yunnan provinces in SW China. When I was there is 1996 to get there was still a grueling 6-8 hour, bumpy ride from the nearest largely populated town. From my understanding they have since paved the road there and have daily jaunts from the nearby tourist town of Lijiang and the karoake bars were being quickly built up and the motorboats were not far behind. It may still be a beautiful spot, but for how much longer?

Very nice photo. The colors are rich, saturaded. I can't make what it is the dark streak right on the center

beautiful light..thick rich colors and nice framing, a bit left heavy but not really objectionable; the far right boat in the water helps to pull it back....nicely done.
