It has something very very original as so many of your streets and portraits, Marcio. The look and the expression of the guy are interesting but nit exaggerated to the degree of some "arranged" kind of image. The metal bars add tension though I don't know if it is so necessary here. I tried a quick and dirty clone for seeing what the shot could look like if they weren't there. What do you think? (Attachment.)
The lighting balance is just about perfect as it kept so many good details on both highlights and shadows. Great DoF too for this kind of portrait!
