i am sorry but did you read my comment about this photo? or you just made your reply?
secondly, how did you classified it as "bad quality" what are the qualities in your opinion?
how you define "art" ..
if you didn't get it doesn't mean it's not art..
it's just your opinion..

Sorry. bad submition in any term. A bad quality photograph can't be submitted as an art.
