Not your typical surfer pose!
Works well this one, though. I like the way the surfer is set against the white water, which you've pretty much managed to avoid burning out. Maybe this has also resulted in rather dark features on the face of the surfer. Not an easy subject this - one I certainly struggle with!

I like this one the best of the series, Ann! The pose of the surfer and wave action, plus the contrasting colour of the board all make a great composition. I might suggest a little lightening of these to bring out the surfers' a little more against that light background of the surf.

Thanks Keith. I was on the Sand Pumping Jetty at the Southport Seaway. Looks like a good place for sunset pics, too. I'm going to go back on the week-end.:)
