About	The World War Memorial in Washington DC is very touching and emotional as was the Vietnam Memorial and the Korean War Memorial. This picture of the WW 2 Memorial is just one of the many pictures I took on a recent trip. I used a tripod and slowed the shutter speed to 3 seconds. I upped the ISO to 320.
