This is one of the famous places in centre Milan and do serve the coffee like that, as I explained to Larissa they draw it with the back end of the spoon.
Here in Dubai I’ve seen it in some places that they do it on the top of the "Cappuccino" but with ready my “thing” designed as a flower or star and they spread a cacao powder on it to have the shape.

I love this, and such a lovely remembrance of your visit to Italy. I'd love to go there someday..wonderful light and a perfect exposure, I really like the way you composed it with the spoon handle coming out of the frame, and perfect timing to capture the floral design, well done dear Saeed and nice words too...great!!
