We are right on the edge of their habitat limits. There might be some in our forest but I haven't seen one. You have heard of owl pellets well they are just playing on the minds of you for wood pellets. It just looks like a nice package so people might buy it just for the package. Deceptive advertising or creative marketing?

Agree with you there Ernie, definitely all in the marketing!Just wondered if there was any significance in using the owl as a marketing tool..are they fairly common where you are? :)

Jacquie- sure there is a reason for the photo. Its called marketing. You get a cute or interesting photo and it sells better. If you have a plain drab product it isn't eye catching and doesn't seel as well as something flashy. What would look better to you a cool bird or just a piece of wood?

Hi Ernie, this is a cool shot, love your composition, great use of the apple-wood but one little thing disturbs me... The idea of an owl advertising b-b-q fuel seems a bit odd,is there any particular reason it's been used? :)
