I find this image too dark: if the skin and the tshirt were obviously black, I wouldn't have chose such a background. And also about the light, it seem to fall down from the top centre, and it causes a strange effect on the lips (the down part is confused with the teeth). Maybe you could just ask your model to turn his face laterally, couldn't you? Anyway I like your choise to take some Pic outside of your studio, Id also love to see some more natural "chatched moment", if you understand what I mean. I think your are good enought to move quickly and chatch such a moment.
