God! Very strong and full of emotion image.
Even if we know that poverty and diseases are the result of only some people's actions and that many others are figthing against it, that doesn't absolve as from guilt and we should be ashamed as specie, because most of the people do nothing.
But, as long as people like you still exist, there is hope. Keep on going on and doing this great job.
Thanks...

Dear Umut, Thanks very much for the nice comment, this picture has been taken during a "Polio Vaccination Campaign", so yes there is hope, at least with these drops we are trying to eradicate the Polio virus.
Best regards Philip

Such a powerful image with such optimal and dramatic tones....freezing that lifesaving drop almost in midair......I respect the fact that you upload images from one of the biggest and most forgotten disasters in our time. The fact that these powerful images render so few viewers and comments says more about the members on UF..... I could not help notice that your Sudanese image of a woman with naked breasts got four times the number of viewers than the other images from Sudan.....people sometime are dissapointing.
Once again....you have at least my respect for showing these essential images that are so rare on UF.
Magnus
