lovely shot Mark. beautiful angles and colors. you've got the eye for this stuff.
bear with me here: for some reason this reminds me of a time in college when a friend (who was taking trigonometry) and i were listening to Break on Through by the Doors. towards the end Morrison barks 'she can't' a few times....my friend sang along 'secant....co-secant' anyways, made me laugh...

Opportunity Knocks! Do you travel w/your camera at the ready? Mine would likely have been stowed away overhead . . . Good eye, Mark. I agree w/Hugo on the top crop of the clouds: less is more. This one really strikes a cord w/me. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Mark, beautiful tones, and a great view. For the unity within the photo, I think I would crop off the clouds in the top part of the image, but other than that a beautiful sight. Nice work!

This shot is as you said, "Straight out of the box". There was one adjustment that was necessary - I had to eliminate 2 or 3 small spots on the outer window. (Actually, it looks like I may have left one of them in the shot by mistake.)

I really like this shot. It's a soft shot, not oversharpened, and almost monotone. The diagonal S made by the river or fjord makes the short. Well done, and thanks for sharing this with us.
