Well, we lost a doctor but found a great photographer! Congratulations for this beautiful shot.

Thanks for the comment - I am using the flowers to train myself ;-). After all, originality is well and good, but I better know how to execute. ;-)

Thanks for the comment - yeah - move poem closer, shuffle bullets further and remove the table would be the right path.

Thanks again.

The DOF is good here, not sure about the table in the upper corner though, it does break the background, but it also disturbs a bit. As for the poem, it is useless this way indeed, maybe repositioning might help, bring it more to the front.

A tailor once said, measure twice, and cut once! A good documentary capture! For insight on how to merge... unprofessionally, please go back to my second picture. Thank you very much, for your interest.

If you look at the text of the poem, you'll see that it deals with the bullets. ;-)...

And yes, I agree with your emotional rating - the photo is supposed to repell.

Thanks!

Marc

Good composition, but i doesn't like any weapons. The photo is nothing for the project "Poetry in Pictures", because there is no poetry in weapons! The picture would be better without the left ammunition.
