I like the composition of this image and the b/w works well here. My only nitpick about the image would be the facial expression (mostly the mouth) on the front model. It appears a bit awkward and I wish it were a more pleasent appearence to it.

I like the texture on older flowers it gives some added dimension to the image. I also like natural light but I think the use of a reflector to splash some light back in to the darker side of the bouquet would have helped here. It also appears as if it's almost over sharpened in PSP

What a beautiful daughter!!! The eyes in this capture are stunning and I love the plain face compared to a cheesy one. I do wish her curls weren't out of the frame on top, however I think the rest of the composition works. This would be a fantastic image to hand color with oil paints. The toning works well on this but b/w I think would also be just as stunning!

Ray this is a truly interesting shot the kind I love to paint from. Sharpness in the flower is a bit off it seems but overall interesting with the old rusted metal and the fresh new flowers.

I wish the house were a tad higher in the composition but the scene itself is incredible. I also wonder how it would look with a tad more contrast esp. the house. The hidden house is cool although it doesn't grab my attention as quick as I wish it did. You have a great eye for a beautiful scene.

The skin and hair is extremely well done The details on the dress appear to be a bit blown out however. As much as I like this type of pose with a bride I wish she was more to the right in the image so there is more picture on the side she is looking to. That is just a personal opinion I'm sure either way the bride is extremely happy with this portrait.

This truly is a eye catching image. The bird looks almost fake with all that color going on especially in it's legs. With it's color against the green background it really makes it stand out even more. This reminds me of one of those wall hangings.

The image does have an almost surreal glow about it great use of your surrounding light! I feel like something is "off" in the dark area where it meets her arm. Maybe from compression? This definately has an older era feeling to it I hope you got some close ups of her in this light also.

beautiful sunset capture I think it could have been even stronger from another angle if you had the trees just in front of the sun would also add a slightly different perspective to the typical sunset shot. The colors you captured are magnificant none the less!

I personally prefer a bit looser crop as to see all the flowers in their entirety but that's just me. I like the tone and overall feel of this image. I like the deep shadows between the petals but I think a small reflector to get just a tad bit more light to the undersides of the roses would give them a bit more definition and that this over the top for me to a wow image!

ok the irony here is wonderful! I like how the smoke shows the beams of light from the sun making it almost surreal. The one thing that freaks me out here more then the cigarette is the fact that those look like red hot embers just under and behind his bum?!? OUCH! Great journalism or documentary shot.

Very nice looking model you have here and he definately portrays what I think of when I think of a man in service. I think a stronger composition instead of centered would give this some more oomph. I would also clone out the top left hand corner the couple of leaves that are hanging over if you can. Now the scan looks a bit soft. I'm not aware of what software you are using but if you can apply the unsharp mask usually under the sharpen tools in software that would bring it a bit sharper.

I love the toning of this image and there is so much life coming from her eyes. I'm not sold on the tight crop at the top of the head I wish about another half inch of scalp was showing for my personal taste. But I would be proud to have this image if I were her.

I like that you got nice and low in this shot much better then at eye level in my opinion. However with the sky so uninteresting ( no clouds etc) I wonder if it couldn't be improved by losing some of the blue sky and including more foreground when composing?

I agree that using the scanner to make a montage could work but the images appear to pasted on for my liking here a bit of blending at the edges to make them appear more "shot" at one time I think would vastly improve this image. The idea and concept it good just a bit of refinement. Also the shadows? don't conincide with everything else.

I really like the simplicity of this shot and the texture is great here. The composition is a bit normal but the broken glass really adds some more to this.

This is a beautiful image. It looks almost like a colorful bird. I'm not sold on the frame crossing over the flower but beautiful none the less.

It appears that the sharpest focus is on the woman's head I think this would become a more powerful image if the depth of field were greater so that the man was in sharper focus also. His face shows the love well but the softness takes it down a notch for me personally.

I would love to see a second shot of this with a greater depth of field to see the leaves that are framed by the trunk in th background in focus.

Very fitting memorial day shoot I think an even lower angle would have worked well here if it was dry enough to lay on the ground.

I like the compostition I feel the grain is just a bit too heavy for this shot IMHO.

Cedric a lovely shot of the beach shore I think I would have cropped it up just a hair to lose that line in the water in the bottom right corner.

fantastic!!! I love that you left the beads in color but I almost wish I could see the entire doll in color the fact that it's head is hanging on just by threads shows the love she has for it. This is definately an emotional shot that you should be very proud of!!

The head has an odd sense of sharpness in the photo. I think a larger Depth of field would have helped a bit here.

The focus appears to be strongest on the branch behind the one the bird is feeding on. I can't imagine trying to focus on the bird the way those little guys move but maybe on the branch he was on?
