Great image - humorous? Kids with guns - yeah - real funny.

Title needs work - "Flowers in bowl?" How about - "a flower on a peice of wood."

Very nice portrait - I would have burnned down the upper right corner a little - its a bit distracting.

Despite the good DOF here - the background is way too distracting.

You lost me here - a dead tree doesn't really give me the feeling of "Spring" - what am I missing?

A liberal use of the rule of thirds may help this otherwise pedestrian sunset pic - crop off the top 1/4 of the image.

Something for the family photo album - I think though it has too much negative space at the top and the half cut off backs of heads doesn't help do anything but distract from the main subject here. Not sure what woould help this image - maybe a lot of dodging and burning in the lower corners to get rid of the foreground clutter might help.

Like Jim - I like this - I think. It needs something more - a title might help - a bit of a cutline maybe?

Man this is a cool portrait. Comp, lighting, expression, subject - all first rate. Only wish it was a little sharper with a bit more DOF. I see a black border top and bottom with the image background being dark blue - my monitor? Another fine image Jim.

I don't know what it is about this image that strikes me so - just to say - I like it alot. Nice image.

Jim - interesting shot. I like the comp and the tenuous nature of the image - it works with the flat lighting nicely. My only nit would be the color cast - but thats just a matter of taste - and maybe I missed its connection with the image. Nice job.

Congrats Ronny. I'm gonna have to agree with Mr. Vanson on this one - not really anything spectaularly special about this shot IMHO. The background here despite the good use of DOF (as in most of your shots) is highly distracting - perhaps getting a bit closer or cropping tighter would have helped this image become something more than a simple snapshot.

Nice. I'm not really a flower person - lord knows we see way too many of these kinds of portraits. This one is nice but is not unique in anyway. I know you can do better! Think outside the box! :-)
