Hi Joe,
I get a nice nostalgic feeling for this instantly recognizable area when viewing this one. Our family has owned a cottage on the Madawaska River since 1962.

Happy man candid portrait. Most of the charm of the picture goes to the use of DOF with a proud looking woman at the background apparently leaning on his shoulder.
Well selected detail from the original shot and successful composition.
