Thanks for responding to the fourm on my question. I really like the image the 707 & 717 produce. They definetly look sharp for digi's. My only concern is there apperance. They look like they would be ackward to handle & work with. Not sure if this is the case with them or not. Any ways, Nice portfolio! Great work!

Hi Melinda
If you are able to do your own printing, I suggest trying liquid emulsion. I really enjoy the look it creates. Depending on paper thickness, one can really do quite a bit with it. I've watercolored, and also tried a little with colored pencil (which also works well) So many different manufacturers of the stuff. I've been using the inexpensive Rockland Liquid Light. This is a non VC type which requires one to heat the bottled gel to a temperature of 130 degrees to liquify. I just drop the bottle into a sauce pan of water and heat it up. Pour the soultion onto the art paper and spread the solution with a brush. I found the thicker the application, the more interesting results.
I was quite pleased with the watercolor results. Just a cheesy test is all it was.
