Great impact shot. Technically, the lower border should be cropped, I see a slight magenta cast and the sharpness could be improved. Regards

Oh, that's great. I take my kids with me on shoots frequently and I know how this can be. It's amazing how "ice cream" works. ;-)

This is a very warm photo, William. Actually, this probably conveys more about the seniors photo than the ones you ended up with do! You can see she's sincerely enjoying Daniel's presence. Appears to be a very pleasant girl with a welcoming heart. You captured *her* well.

i love going into random photos. this is a great portrait. i was drawn in by the backlighting and was surprised to find a great model to boot. i think the lighting is excellent and the halo provides some interest in the image. i also like the framing with the willows. nice discussion to about posing. i wonder often about manipulating people so i mostly stick to inanimates too. but if i could find models that would improve my inspiration, then my perspiration might increase as well.

Wonderful. I love the light shining through her hair. Nice. You seem to be a good person to ask since you shoot nikon and I have noticed that you have fixed lenses and zoom. Can you see a difference in quality from the fixed compared to the zoom lenses?

I just read your comment William and you are so right. I find that portraits captured at the right moment are far better than those spent time posing.

I LOVE THIS !!! What a fantastic photo. Wonderful capture. Great lighting - it really fits the overall mood and meaning behind the photo; great golden glow. Love the stance and the title as others have mentioned suits this picture to a T. Great job. Added to my favorites and I am adding you as a friend - your portfolio is wonderful.

A beautiful sillouette. Wonderful orange sky and the sun is huge. Nice interaction between the horses making it more interesting than the typical sillouette pic. Very sharp and crisp. Wonderful!!!! I love horses and I see some say you have many horse pics. I will look in your portfolio. Great job.

Very precious photograph. GREAT composition and lighting. I wish it was a bit sharper, but I can overlook that because it is otherwise very well done.
