Photographer: Chris Partida  (Karma=418)
Whittier, CA US

About: More luck than talent...

Ok, maybe there's some knowledge in there.

I am Chris Partida.

I enjoy doing a bit of everything. I usually post up naked images with only minor color touch ups. I can do anything with photoshop and I'm not just saying that. Oh, and I'm modest.

I went to the Art Institute of Califonira - Orange County and studied Multimedia/ Web Design. I currently do that and Graphic Design for a small publishing company in Laguna Beach, CA.

I have been shooting photos for as long as I can remember. If it were on a 35mm disposable or my dad's 35mm Nikon SLR I'd use it. More recently (within the past 5 years) I've been using mainly digital.

I currently use a Nikon D70. In the past I used a Minolta S404, unfortunately due to a faulty hard drive I lost every photo I ever shot with that (except for one, "Last view of Catalina".

I am starting to get into more studio/portrait photos but am only in the beginning stages of learning. When I get something worth showing off, I'll post.

Visit my personal website at www.chrispartida.com It doesn't have much at the moment, I'm in the slow process of updating.

I'm cool. So is my D70. My S404 used to be.

Thanks for taking interest.

-Chris Partida
