The snow really makes this landscape even more dramatic. I think I'd crop the left most peek from the image. The hillside is shaded and not alot of interest lies there. Excluding it helps place greater emphasis on the other peaks of the mountain and the great tree/snow coverered terrain.

Now I wonder how they came up with the name Red Rock Mountains.... ;-D!!! Wonderful view (but maybe you could've 'put' something in the foreground to give the image some depth and scale... a small bush or some grasses... ??), great colors, good composition... well done!!!
