About	While driving home from a business trip, I stopped along the side of the road and shot off a few photos. Amazing what you find if you only stop to look. I normally would keep on driving but am learning to take my time and a few detours along the way.

Thanks Ann...Since I am more of an Architect than Geologist, I have no idea what that is called. But it does form a beautiful setting for a photograph. Hope you are feeling beter and I heard it was your Birthday and Anniversary. Happy to you on both:-)

Great colours in the rock Lyle. Is that what's called striations in the rock? I just love rocky country and interesting colours and formations. So glad to hear you are taking your time on your trips and stopping to smell the roses so to speak. :) Great shot.
