Yes, it is a view down onto trees by a beach in wintertime.

It's a path. Gravel or something, I think.

The discoloration comes primarily from the film, as it is bit deteriorated.

Intriguing shot, it seems that the right hand corner has some sort of landscape image embedded on it? Leafless trees? And yet the bitumastic edging suggests that its a rooftop of some sort......Your images seem to always catch me....well done! lol
btw I'm not at all bothered by the left hand bottom corner, so I'm obviously weird...or lazy.

I agree about the lower left corner (clone it out?), but otherwise the shot is really super! I like the composition, perspective, and palette a great deal.

Although the left-bottom thing side doesn't seem right, but the whol shot is very good...if there wasn't such a thing, it could be very great...well done!
