Its a tiny little steamer not much bigger than a salt/pepper shaker, so its not dim sum! or if it is its for teeny weeny people :)

Dim Sum! (I love Dim Sum) It looks like one of those steam boilers where they make their pastries in... Very nice shot, the crisp light emphasises the steam, and gives the photo a feel of high altitude. Very nice capture, David!
