It is some sort of concrete support under a ramp leading to the parking lot of the building in the background,it had this sloppy redone blue paint job,and the cement coating on it had chipped&pilled off so nicely!and off course PS!

This amazing abstract looks like 2 legs walking by. I'm thinking that may have been something like you saw when you titled it. :) Great lines and very creative.
