Rodney -- Good capture. I agree with Ferdinand and Debarshi about the log. In this case I think it serves a good purpose. I've encountered plenty of logs in my waterfall travels. Mostly I try to compose an image to exclude them, but sometimes they contribute significantly to the compositions, as in your image.

Excellent! Very beautiful colours and composition. The piece of wood is just very good in the picture: it gives some deepness to it.

Beautiful example of a slowspeed shot. I would have taken another frame without the log in place. But I think this frame is zaa good one. The log act as a break in the frame.
