beautiful shot well composed... I love the low key light setting for this shot... I think it suit this image very well... the last two guys are not lit very well... I'm just hoping they didn't go ballistic with you:)
congrats,

Thank you Al Zahraa! The band really wanted a rather dark image with not all that much light in it which is why I left it so dark. Thanks for the advice though, and good luck with your photos! -Niclas

I really like this photograph Very strong facial expressions and nicely composed. I believe it?s a bit dark. No? Why not trying to give the White input level a little rise? I tried, it looks amazing :)
Excellent group portrait! 7/7

Thanks once again Jeanette! They're a band that sing in Finnish and haven't got a record out yet, so I'm not surprised you haven't heard of them ;) Maybe in the future! -Niclas

Niclas,
This portrait is extremely dramatic. The black and white tones are amazing along with this perfect composition and depth of field. As soon as I saw this I imagined the models to be a part of a heavy metal band. It sets such a dark and compelling atmosphere, beautiful work!
Kindest regards, Lance

Thankyou Mirek! DOF was a bit difficult indeed to capture not only because of the long shutter but also cause of the rather tricky lighting in the ceiling. I worked with no extra lights whatsoever and with quite a tight schedule, so all in all this was quite a lucky capture =) It was fun to try it out and I'm definitely hoping on trying more of similar shots. Thanks for commenting! -Niclas

Finally something interesting with good concept and some planning. Great band photo, very strong image, the first guy on the left is a charactet and he catches a lot of attention. I wish You had a bit more depth of field, but I see that Your shutter speed was already 5 seconds, so very likely there was not much You could do. Besides its flaws it is a great and well executed picture.

Un ritratto davvero molto drammatico, reso molto interessante dal tono b/w stupendo!
Complimenti!
