Wow Janet, this is very cool. What did you do around the edges to achieve this look? Love the high key-ness of it as well. Love the angle too as well as his adorable "huh" expression. Great shot for sure.

I used iso1600 (high as my camera allows) as it was shot at night with just a few incandescent floor lamps on. One was directly in front of him and the others are across the room on either side, but not sure if only one or both were on. I needed to try to get my shutter up as much as possible without needing flash, so that's why I went that high.

He is RARELY TRICKED into looking at the camera. If he sees me with it, he absolutely refuses to look. I should have consulted you for a title, this was a tough one and I like yours better!

very nice one Janet! He's so cute they way he looks at you, the way holds his toys and his little foot in the back. Fading everthing around him to white works perfect here.
The only thing, if anything, you could do is rotating the whole image clockwise. He seems to "slide" to the left
