Hi Darlene, thanks for the comment. No, he was not in my garden. I live in the country and these guys have to compete with some of the more obnoxious snakes....big blacks (not so obnoxious but voracious), and some of your more poisinous varieties, so you do not see many or if any of them.. This was captured on Belle Island in Richmond, Virginia....a little more domestic of an area then where I live.
