I am really pleased with theese. I have been trying for some time to accomplish something good in black and white, and here I've done that. It is the first time that I have used ilford film, but certenly not the last.
The series was taken during some festivities on a old ship building yard, and the steam machine was used in the old days, and maybe sometimes even now, to pull ships out of the water on a ramp. The man probably comes from the same time as the machines..
