Antonio, it is very easy if you know how :)
1. change photo to B&W
2. adjust brightness (+) and contrast (+) [picture may look too bright]
3. change to colour mode (RGB)
4. adjust colours - add red and yellow [if possible different amount in shadows, midtones and highlights]
5. adjust contrast again (+)
6. if needed adjust levels or curves
7. add grain (most of programmes have it in filters)
8. enjoy it :)
