This is a good one. Yeah the colours DO work and they look backlit and beautifully displayed, maybe the shop front should have this photo instead of their real thing on display! Well done.

So close to perfect her - the tallest vase is just too close to the top of the frame and I'm not entirely comfortable with the bottom crop either - I think that if you would have either zoomed in closer or puleed back out a bit you'd have had aperfect image here - great use of color! ;-)

Hi Peta!
Was just cruising myspace for Petas ( it's a slow day!) and saw Melbourne...and thought, hey I think that's Peta from here! lol I most likely will be in Melbourne next year with my daughter so maybe we could meet! :) Not sure but I may end up living there.
You did a great job on this btw. Amazing from the original. Excellent!

I like it. Since you didn't do the set - up the only thing I would change is move the red glass over to the right so it's between the mouths of those 2 bottles (the shorter ones out front). The balance to me would be perfect then. Mark

The 5D is PERFECT... 35 mm 12 MP sensor! what else can i ask for? :) but it's a bit pricy for me... around 5000 dollars here in kuwait... the 20D is around 2000 dollars plus it's more than enough for a begginer like me :)

Striking image with the mostly warm colors. The arrangement of the items probably isn't the best from the perspective you used because of the way they overlap, but I do like the cool item completely isolated from the warm ones. Overall, the image works for me.

thanks Rod, yes thats the orginal above. Given that I cropped in so close I lost detail, so I figured I'd just run with the blurry over saturated look to disguise the noise. You dont have to like it - but thanks for commenting :)
