Hi Roger. Thanks for your reply on my comment. Also, thank you for checking my portfolio. Life has been very busy and I have not had time to take and post pictures. I do, of course, have tons of my new grandaughter. But, I don't want to bore you folks with pictures of her just because I think she is the cutest, sweetest little thing. (That doesn't mean you won't be seeing her again.) Hopefully, I'll have something to post in not too long a time. This series of 4 of Sumo wrestling is great. I read all your Abouts and was glad to learn more about the matches. This is my favoutite one. It really gives an overview of the arena. MAry

I?m glad you?ve uploaded this Roger. A fine composition and great to see this as large as you chose to present it with the big men centered? tiny specs almost lost in the hugeness of the pavilion. Good work.
C
ps? wonder if you shot the giants up and close?

Hello Roger, I like the shapess of this lens. Although an Arsat it seem the work very nice. The ghost light is typical with this kind of lens (I've a collection of "exagonal" ghost taken with my 40mm! :( ).
Anyway great also the composition, very well balanced. What I didn't wrote you few days ago because server crash is "welcome on the square view users club" :) Bye Giuliano

Roger I like both the Sumo shots, but this appeals to me because of the almost repeating pattern of triangular lines. It has a great atmosphere as well as being an interesting subject and composition. I also really like the colour tones. Margaret

Dear Roger, I've looked at all three shots from the Sumo series and I believe that THIS is the best one. Very impressive catch of almost the whole hall. I've never been there as I am not a fan, but I would have liked the Bulgarian to win! I saw the match on TV. What kind of a magic camera is this???? Gabriela

Thanks, Cessy, but I'm not quite at home with it yet. The viewfinder is very hard to use (I am going to get it replaced--fortunately it is detachable!). I'm happy with the fisheye lens, though. Great wide-angle tool! and it suits the square format beautifully... and the telephoto lens is not so dusty (next shot).

I've never been to 'live' Sumo wrestling. This gives an interesting 'overview' of the arena.
