yes it is a bit too centered. I'd crop off a little of the empty sky as well. Make it more like a pano.

Gorgeous blues. As to the composition, I think I would have placed the main bungalows a little more to the left and then cropped the shot to a 2:1 panorama.

Yes buddy, it is too centered, you can research '' The rule of Third '' it will give you some guide lines,
And the picture is alittle noisy .. you can correct that by using www.neatimage.com :)

No, not at all Ahmed, the blues are fine. And you definitely did the right thing keeping it centered.
You can't crop out too much sky or too much water or the effect will be lost as you say, but I do like Petal's suggestion for the nice even panoramic crop...

Oooooh wish I was there.... ;-D!!! Lovely view, blue and good composition... well captured!!! I don't think it's to centered, but a crop and in this instance a panoramic one could look really nice... so I had a go at it and this is what I came up with... hope you don't mind... ;-D!!!

I am so glad that you like the photo, and came up with the different crops. I like your second crop with the bungalow on the left.
I hope someone else too comments on the composition. I left it centered thinking the the blue of the lagoon and sky adds to the photo. Maybe too much blue is also not right. I am bit unsure about this?

For me, this one is just as stunning as your "Welcome". The colours and reflections are beautiful and the image is sharp.
I like the composition the way it is now - centered. I tried different crops in PS, just to see if it would make a difference, but they somehow did not have the same appeal as yours. Centered here is good in my opinion.
I've attached the results below. I hope you don't mind. Perhaps a more experienced UF member may have a better suggestion...?
