Great shot. The choice for B&W adds a lot of drama to this pictura, although I think it would look as good in color too. It sure looks like decisive moment, this guy is so absorbed by composing his shot, he is not taking into account that he is a subject of another photograph. I like the fact that all action takes place on the right and he has a lot of room to the left where his camera is pointing. Very good
