This would be great if there would be a separation between the water and the sky, it looks like two images are super imposed. Why don't you fudge a horizon and this shot will definetly be IT.

i am so close to loving this image , but the more i look at it the more problems i see. the position of the boat, the lack of horizon and the way it looks utterly manipulated digitally. in saying all of that, something really draws me to it.....possibly the 10 cans of stella artios i have just drunk? who knows

Chris, This photo is a wonderful study of the subtle and powerful. I like the subdued lighting and the composition with the fisher-persons. Great shot!

Neat shot. I'm wanting the boat just a tad higher and a bit more to the left. A teensy bit shaper as well. Wouldn't this make a great ad for fishing gear?
