Thanks Rick, we seem to have had a bad habit in Scotland in the 17th and 18th Centuries of blowing up castles, both with and without their occupants. The colour version might follow in due course. The stone is a dark blood coloured Serpentine common to the area.

I love that building! I think the grain really helps this image, and the strong shadows on the walls. I'm not sure it would be better, but I'd be curious to see what the colour version would look like.
