Not bad! It may really be better!
I played a lot with colors on this one before submitting. I wanted to post a b/w version but ended up posting this low saturation color variant as I liked the color contrast.

A good shot, love the details, but try this:
Increase the contrast to "pop" the details out. I made this photo darker and lighter at the white and black points in Picasa. I also increased the saturation a little to brighten the colors.

After you do this, the water should stand out a bit,
