About	This is for The Rolling Stones who start their new World Tour Tonight (8 / 21 / 05) at Fenway Park in Boston (Mick Jagger is now 62). The above shot was taken by Moi from the 6th row (with a cp camera - 38mm fixed lens) in June, 1972 at the LA Forum. I'd actually seen them a few days earlier in San Diego and a few years earlier (when I was just a tike) on the first show of their 1969 Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out / Altamont tour - Nov 8th. That was pure Rock and Roll and in my opinion has never been topped by them (if you've seen the brilliant film "Gimme Shelter" you know what I mean) I wait for the DVD now a days cause I'm sick of the greatest hits they always feel they need to play. I've seen the opening night set list for this tour tonight and it's VERY disappointing. The only bright spot is they've been heavily working on a lost gem called "Sway' from Sticky Fingers thats never been played live before - the DVD will tell all. PS used to clean up / improve. BTW, I'm VERY aware that the photo is pure CP but in 1972 with the equipment i had, this was about as good as I could do (plus I was also taking tons of super 8 film footage - Jack of All Trades, Master of None) - Watchout CB - hahaha !!!
