It is a lovely photograph Majed and as people have already mentioned, judging is always subjective - it all depends what people want and expect from a photograph.
I have had photographs that have won competitions that have barely had a few comments when I have posted on here. I have also posted photos on here that I thought were "ok" but not brilliant and they have done very well.
So do not worry about not getting a BIP for every photo, just keep uploading and learning from everyone else on here - something original is always a good start - though that could be quite a challenge at times :-)

excellent capture.. love the colors and the lighting.. great work. as to getting BIPs, don't worry, with the quality of your work you will get noticed for sure..

Majed, you would get the BIP from me! This is a beautiful image. Sorry that I cannot help you with regard to the hearts and minds of the editors at UF -- I trust that they use good judging criteria, but judging is always subjective. Recently I put an image in a show and one panel of judges put it in the top 3 to place best in show and the other panel of judges knocked it out of the standings based on their separate criteria. (...and, when the winners were announced they read the description of my image instead of the winner's image -- you should have seen the looks on the faces in the crowd!!!!) You just have to roll with it.
