About I think this might be a little over sharpened but I am getting nuts. I want my 70-300 lense to get them this sharp from any distance. hasnt happened yet.

I did a little less sharpening on the next one. I think I am getting to obsesses with sharpness and detail. maybe.

This is very good, Brandy, and I'd be Proud (and amazed!) if my little point and shoot, could get this quality.

I don't think it's over sharpened, but maybe when you select the fly, you could apply some feathering, so that the tail doesn't appear quite so artificial.

Great macro. Love this dragonfly presentation. Nice job. Don't see oversharpening.

That sharpening thing doesn't do much for me. Most of the time I don't see the change but the first time I attempt to use it someone says I over sharpened. Now I don't use it and when someone says something I just snicker.

he posed for me as long as I was there. I was actually bending over the water in flowers that I was not supposed to be off the path. I had the tripod but didnt think I could get it in where I was. it is hard to chase bugs with a tripod. I sharped this with ps and on pp the french guy thought I was over sharpened. it does show some when I printed it.

Brandy there is almost nothing wrong with this. Did you use a tripod, that would help take out that last tiny bit of shake. But really the shake is so negligible it almost isn't a problem. The DOF is fantastic. You got a dragon fly that in its self is amazing.
