Very interesting capture Jeanette! Except, of course, from the wonderful tones, I like also the idea of the composition. Vertical lines at the top, circular light bulbs (like dots) at the bottom, and the incomplete word, breaking a bit the strict abstraction of the synthesis (and introducing a further level of abstraction!) The word in between exclamation marks, one could say!
Oh, and the simple title for this pic is a nice idea, in my opinion.
Regards, George

Jeanette,
Sorry to be a critic, but this seems out of place in your current series. I do like the b&w tones etc, but the shot is lacking drama and I can't quite put my finger on what it is, to be perfectly honest.
I can't quite express it, but I think it has something to do with the cropped letter "ö". Sorry, it's very frustrating to me when I can't explain what's bugging me.

IKEA - oh oh oh oj!!! in Sweden everybody buy furniture from ikea and all other kind of objects, but at the time Ikea has a weak status. But i agree about the naming of objects, quiet unusual :) Grönan are a nickname for Gröna Lund!

This is probably absolutely the wrong thing to say, but I keep thinking "IKEA" when I see these titles! On the other hand, I guess that's two people with a vision and a gift. Great in B&W. AJ

Hi Jeanette,
I really like the crop here... leaves some space for imagination. =) The classic toning helps the image IMHO. way better than 5.6

Back to your signature theme, Jeanette? Again, a good partial compostion, telling more than meets the eye. A good addition to the series, if not a bit static...
Cheers,
Hugo

Una cosa è certa: hai uno stile del tutto inconfondibile, e lo dico nel senso più positivo che ci sia. penso che nessuno possa dire il contrario: 7/7, ha un taglio veramente particolare
