Hi Lisa...Thank you for commenting...you are correct...I was actually trying for this composition...thought I would throw a wrench in and mix things up a bit...it seems to be the norm to focus on the closer object..instead I tried the opposite..I;m glad someone liked it...thanks again, Todd.

The focus on the center of the flower to the right is excellent. At first I seemed to be distracted by the less sharper image on the left, but now my eyes are drawn to the flower on the right. Not sure if this is what you set out to do, but I love it.
