The waves of grass make an island of the beautiful old cottage. I like it. My passion are flowers but also grass (if you have time: http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1188872).

It?s a beautiful American landscape brad. If I could imagine a scene of total tranquility, this would be it. The foreground and background of the shot is all there? very well seen! If your ever back there again, try to get up close to that dilapidated shed on the left, it looks interesting! Well done.. ~Mike

My dear, talented Dina Marie.... New York is a large and amazing state! I was wayyyyyyy up north, visiting my family. All the way up on the St. Lawrence River, bordering Canada. The Adirondacks are one of the places that everyone should visit, to round out their full perspective of America. Your thoughtful words are kind, and appreciated! ...Brad

You know that feeling, when you get a compliment from like...a teacher, or a revered "thinker"? Well, that's how I feel when you say nice things! Thank you, sweetheart.. ..Brad

Thank you Kessia! Your analysis is quite thoughtful, and much appreciated. I see scenery just like this going through Charlottesville...very similar landscape, and one of my favorite places! ..Brad

Welcome back,sweetie!...very picturesque pastoral beauty,Brad...wonderful light displaying the varietal greens and golden hues...the deep red of the house is a nice color contrast with the surrounding colors...like that you left the branch fringing in the foreground which puts me right there from your POV...your poetic sensibilities show very well here, dear Brad...good work!...regards,gayle

wow! great landscape shot! i love the greens, they look amazing in the evening light! i love all the contrast between the greens and how that tree next to the house carries the contrast up into the rows of pines! the house fits perfectly in the scene... too bad its so run down looking, but it makes it more interesting than a regular house! haha the funny thing is, i can definitely imagine this scene right on the side of a highway! and with your comment about the cars sounds like that might be the case! great work! Kessia
