About This gold fish was shot in a fish tank some time last year. Recently i chanced upon this image and when i did what I had to do in PS, i really liked the effect. I just wanted to share it with friends on USEFILM.

Great effect, Sebz. If not for your title, and in the thumbnail, I couldn't recognise goldie!

Wow, great shot! I love the colors, and the postitioning of the fish.
I always have such a hard time taking pictures of my fish.. They move too fast =/ haha.

i AGREED WITH NATHALY TILL I READ YOUR RESPONSE. BUT I GUESS THERE WERE FEW OPTIONS. I LIKE THE EFFECT ON ITS TAIL AND FINS SUGGESTING MOVEMENT. FOR ACADEMIC REASONS UPLOAD THE ORIGINAL PHOTO PLS. THANKS.

Thanks Nathaly for your comment. I must admit that the picture should look stunning in the original format because of the positioning of the gold fish. But as it was shot in sombody's house and without any intention to capture the fish, i had casually shot it with a hand held camera and there seems to be a blur due to the rapid movement of the fish. To avoid that - the effect. I like it this way.

la foto esta buena pero lastima el efecto dado en ps, con ese efecto se pierde totalmente la escencia y detalle de la fotografia, seria bueno que subiera la foto original del pez sin ese efecto.
