Yes, Thilo, it's that high ISO. I think it's pretty remarkable for 1600, but I might have smoothed out the shadows a bit. Thanks for the comment . . .

Jeff--I don't know what it is. This was in a display of components by one of the hundreds of suppliers at the show. I think it is part of a jet intake assembly. Thanks for the comment . . .

I hope you're not getting edgy about things...hahahaha...a tennis ball, wow it looks a lot bigger than that, excellent macro...I really appreciate your perspective here, this had to be a difficult shot because of all the differing planes..very well seen and captured...:):)linda
