very nice capture, good DOF. i have some suggestions:
1. you could position the flower exactly at center or towards extreme left.
2. blue patch at the bottom left cornet is very distracting. you can get rid of it by using photoshop.
anyway, good work, keep it up

Stunning! The is so lifelike. The focus on the petals is so sharp and the slight amount of dew of the rose is perfect. The DOF is wonderful and totally singles out the rose itself.
