I've should have been more descriptive in my description. An anaglyph is the name used for a type of photograph or drawing that can be seen in 3d when used with peripheral equipment such as red blue glasses. In the above photo, the 3d dimensions can be seen with a pair of red blue glasses; the left eye looks thru a red colored lens, adn the right eye looks thru a blue lens. For the above photo, I took two photos of the same object with my digital camera, displacing the camera about six inches along a horizontal line perpendicular to a segment from the camera to the rocks. I was quite surprised how easy it was to stitch together this anaglyph image with a freeware program I found somewhere in the net.
